Temporary issues with using QR gift cards

Dear customers!

Some Alexela gas station shops and fuel stations may currently experience issues with QR gift card payments. We are currently working on resolving the problem.

If you are unable to use your QR gift card, please contact our customer support at 629 0000. The customer support will gather the necessary information and after resolving the issue, we will issue you a new QR gift card of the same value.
