The benefits of Payment Card for private clients: 

 

  • Fuel discount of 3 cents/l for customers with an Alexela electricity and/or natural gas contract;
  • Coffee in Alexela café-stores is 15% off; for customers with an Alexela electricity and/or natural gas contract, the discount is 20%;
  • Monthly overview of expenses;
  • Paying for fuel and goods once a month based on an invoice;
  • Interest 0%;
  • No monthly or service fees;
  • Discount of 5% at Jazz Car Wash (except the stations at Kadaka, Smuuli and Laagri);
  • 10 cents/l off windscreen washer fluid from an Alexela pump.

Frequently asked questions

The Payment Card will be activated by using the Alexela app, immediately after signing the contract. If you also ordered a plastic card, the card will reach the designated address in two weeks. You have to activate the plastic card through self-service or through the app.

You can pay with the Payment Card in Alexela filling stations for fuel and goods from the convenience store, and in Jazz Car Wash stations. You can find more information of the Jazz Car Wash stations here.

You can use the credit up to the limited amount and the credit will be open after paying the invoice or transferring money to the reference number set in the contract. You can see your free credit conveniently in the Alexela app or self-service, where you can also change monthly and daily limits. To increase the general limit of the contract, please send us an e-mail at alexela@alexela.ee.

The fuel discount will be added to your invoice that will be sent to your e-mail in the beginning of the month. The discount for goods and services bought from the convenience stores will be applied at the stores. Discounts provided by the Payment Card:

  • fuel discount -5c/l
  • coffee at convenience stores -15%
  • warm food -15%
  • discount at selected Jazz Car Wash stations -5%

Yes, currently valid discounts will be transferred to the Payment Card.

You can see your PIN-code conveniently from the Alexela self-service and the app.

Your invoice is due on the 10th of every month.

There is no interest, no contract fee, no monthly fee and no service fee. In case of late payment of the invoice, Alexela has the right to demand interest on arrears.

No, special and Home Card campaign discounts are not valid for the Payment Card.
