Why is it beneficial to be an Alexela customer?

In the Minu Alexela loyalty program, you earn digital stamps with every purchase, which you can use to choose free products and discounts you like — exactly which ones is up to you! In addition, you immediately get access to several permanent discounts.

For all Alexela customers:

  • Up to -3 cents/l fuel discount (as a coupon in the Alexela app);
  • -15% on hot drinks at Alexela café stores;
  • For new users, we gift 20 digital stamps upon first login to the app (until 30.04.2026); thereafter, 10 digital stamps;
  • When you charge your electric vehicle for 100 kWh at an Alexela public charger, we reward you with a gift;
  • Your birthday and during the five days before and after it, you collect double digital stamps.

Even more for Home Energy customers:

  • 3 cents/l permanent discount on fuel;
  • 20% discount on hot drinks;
  • The option to use digital stamps as a prepayment for your energy bill.

Alexela customers collect bonus points, or digital stamps, from every purchase.
You receive one digital stamp when you purchase:
  • at least 10 litres (or 10 kg) of fuel;
  • at least 10 euros worth of purchases at Alexela café stores and Täkupoiss;
  • at least 25 kWh of electric vehicle charging at an Alexela public charger;
  • at least 10 euros of trailer rental services;
  • at least 10 euros of bottled gas.

To collect digital stamps, it is important to always identify yourself as a Minu Alexela customer by using the Alexela app, ID card, or Alexela plastic card.

The more Alexela services you use, the more stamps you collect — and the wider the selection of gifts and discounts available to you becomes. Digital stamps are a simple way to receive real value back from your everyday purchases.

What can you do with digital stamps?

Digital stamps are your personal loyalty currency, and how you use them is entirely up to you. You can exchange them for free products or discounts that truly appeal to you and bring you joy.

 

  • Choose free products – for example coffee drinks, Alexela fan merchandise, items from our café food menu, or other products.
  • Use valuable discounts – on fuel, café items, and more.
  • Contribute to Estonia’s national defence by directing a suitable number of your digital stamps to our community program.

  • Use digital stamps as a prepayment for electricity and natural gas, helping reduce your bills in the coming months.

     

Our selection of benefits and discounts reflects our customers and is constantly evolving. And most importantly – the choice is yours.

Digital stamps collected during the previous year can be exchanged for free products, discounts, or bill prepayments in the Alexela app and at Alexela café stores until 31 January of the following year, after which any unused stamps will expire.

How to become a loyalty program member?

  • In the Alexela app or self-service portal.
  • Create an account and make sure your marketing consent is enabled to receive the best offers.
  • Then you can start collecting digital stamps right away! When you log into the app for the first time, we will immediately give you 20 digital stamps as part of the campaign until 30.04.2026; thereafter, 10 digital stamps.

Create a family group and share discounts!

As an Alexela customer, you can create a family group with your loved ones, where members share all the benefits and discounts available to you.* You can add up to 5 additional members to your family group.

Why is a family group useful?

  • In a family group, Minu Alexela discounts extend to the entire group. For example, a home energy customer’s -3 cents/l permanent fuel discount and -20% discount on hot drinks apply to all members of the group.
  • Managing your family group is simple — everything can be done conveniently in the Alexela app.

My Alexela Loyalty Program FAQ

Minu Alexela is Alexela's loyalty program aimed at private customers, providing various benefits to loyal customers.

In the Minu Alexela loyalty program, you collect digital stamps with every purchase, which you can exchange for up to –3 cents/l fuel discounts, free products, and other exclusive benefits.

All customers receive a –15% discount on hot drinks, and new members who download the app are given 10 digital stamps as a gift, which can immediately be exchanged for a discount or a reward of their choice.

Even more for home energy customers: customers with an electricity and/or natural gas contract receive a permanent –3 cents/l fuel discount when purchasing motor fuels at Alexela, a –20% discount on hot drinks, and the option to reduce their energy bill using digital stamps.

At public electric chargers, we reward you with a gift after every 100 kWh charged, which is delivered directly to the loyalty program page in the Alexela app.

On your birthday, as well as during the five days before and after it, you earn double digital stamps on all purchases.

If you have an Alexela electricity and/or natural gas contract, you automatically receive a –3 cents/l permanent discount on Alexela motor fuels.

If you do not have a contract, you can activate a fuel discount of up to –3 cents/l in the app using digital stamps from the offers menu.

Once you have collected at least 5 digital stamps, several product and discount options will become available in the coupons section of the app.

The more digital stamps you collect, the wider the selection of coupons available to you.

You earn digital stamps based on how much you actually consume: 1 digital stamp is added to your account for every 10 litres (or kilograms) of fuel, €10 spent in the café store or at Täkupoiss, €10 spent on trailer rental, €10 spent on bottled gas, or 25 kWh of electricity charged at a public charger.

Stamps are calculated proportionally — for example, 15 litres of fuel gives you 1.5 digital stamps, which are automatically accumulated when you use the Alexela app or your customer account during the purchase.

Please note that during your birthday period (5 days before and 5 days after your birthday) you earn double digital stamps on all purchases.

If you have not yet registered as an Alexela customer, you can do so HERE. If you are already our regular customer, all you need to do is identify yourself with your customer card when making a purchase. In addition to the physical card, your ID card, Coop Bank card, or the QR code in the app can also be used as your customer card.

You can exchange digital stamps for a prepayment on your electricity and/or natural gas bill in the Alexela app or self-service portal.

To do this, you need to have at least 100 digital stamps collected.

You can exchange digital stamps for the community program in the Alexela app or the self-service portal.

Digital stamps collected during the previous year are valid until 31 January of the following year.

Yes. Customers with an electricity and/or natural gas contract receive a permanent –3 cents/l fuel discount and the option to convert their collected digital stamps into a prepayment for their next energy bill. In addition, a –20% discount on all hot drinks at Alexela café stores also applies.

Collected digital stamps can be exchanged for free products, discounts, or energy bill prepayments in the Alexela app and at Alexela café stores until 31 January of the following year, when any unused stamps will expire.

Additional discounts do not apply to campaign offers. When using coupons, discounts do not combine, and the customer always receives the greater discount.

With 30 digital stamps, you already have access to a wide selection of coupons, including both free products and attractive discounts — for example, a fuel discount.

The choice is entirely yours — the offers include something for every taste and every need.

You can receive the benefits of Alexela’s loyalty program by paying with a Coop Bank card if you link it to our loyalty program in Coop's online bank. Alexela’s discounts are also available with the loyalty cards of Tallink Club One and Automaailm. Read more here.

Digital stamps for transactions are received within 24 hours.

In the convenience store, a coupon can be used at the checkout by scanning its QR code. For fuel and charging, the coupon must be activated in the Alexela app when paying for the service. If it is a text-based discount code, the code must be entered in the ticket purchase environment indicated on the coupon. Each coupon applies to one specific product.

An activated coupon can only be used during the validity period indicated on the coupon. After this period ends, the coupon expires and can no longer be used. If the coupon is not used within its validity period, the digital stamps used for it will not be returned.
