Alexela Täkupoiss received the family-friendly restaurant gold label

The summer of 2026 has begun with great news: Alexela Täkupoiss has received the family-friendly dining place badge from the Estonian Association of Large Families for the third time this year, this time with the highest gold badge!

"We are very proud that Täkupoiss received the gold badge this year," said restaurant manager Triinu Sommer. "This recognition shows that our consistent work in maintaining and developing a family-friendly dining experience has been noticed and is appreciated by our customers."

Täkupoiss is designed to be a place where all our guests, both big and small, can feel comfortable. For visitors with children, there is a children's menu, a play corner in the restaurant, a fenced playground outside, highchairs, and convenient facilities for families with young children.

The commission assessed the child- and family-friendliness of the dining establishment's customer service, menu, interior, and whether activities that do not require screens are provided for children during waiting times.

The recognition was awarded for the sixth time this year.
