Our Restaurant

Alexela Täkupoiss is an innovative concept highway restaurant located on the outskirts of Pärnu, in Sauga.

The restaurant is curated by Dmitri Rooz, a highly awarded top chef with Michelin experience.

Spanning two floors, the restaurant can accommodate up to 150 guests, making it an ideal venue for hosting larger events.

Activities for families 

For visitors with children, Täkupoiss has a children's menu

There is a fenced playground and a restaurant play corner in the outdoor area

Next to the shop, there is a separate comfortable and large toilet for families with small children.

Event organization

The spacious two-story restaurant is perfect for organizing events or business meetings.  

Together with our partners, we offer the opportunity to organize, for example, a seminar, inspiration day, workshop, birthday, concert, or create the event solution that best fulfills your goals. 

Pärnumaa souvenir shelf 

In Täkupoiss' spacious shop, you will find a local Pärnu and Läänemaa producers' souvenir stand, offering gifts and selected products from local small producers. 

For Travelers

Täkupoiss is a convenient stop for both tour buses and motorhome travelers. In addition to fuel and food, Täkupoiss offers a large restroom, shower facilities, a waste disposal station, ample parking space, a children's play area, and a place to walk your pets.

Dmitri Rooz

Nearly 100-seat restaurant is curated by Michelin-experienced and highly awarded top chef Dmitri Rooz. The menu put together under his leadership is prepared on-site and uses maximally local ingredients.

Our pastry counter delicacies are created by renowned pastry chef Olga Kaju, under whose guidance deliciously fruity and Estonian summer-inspired cakes and treats are made.

Attendant Kairi was very pleasant and helpful. Great, I will come again just because of her. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The food was prepared quickly.

We arrived on the evening of 27.05, half an hour before closing. We asked if we could still get food, as usually the kitchen closes earlier. The attendant replied that they can take orders until the last minute. Also, the young attendant was extremely kind, polite, friendly... I can't remember the last time I received such good service. THANK YOU🙂 The food was also tasty.
