Values for an apartment association
- Billing can be arranged either by the apartment association or Alexela.
- The charging rate for a private apartment association charger is based on the agreed price with the association, and a service fee applies per connector.
- Management, charger software updates, billing, customer service, and the initiation of charging sessions via a mobile app or charging card are ensured. Additionally, debt management for potential defaulters is included.
- Alexela compensates the electricity consumed from the charger to the apartment association.
